Job Description

-Receiving and analyzing the claims and complaints from customers -Preparing the Analytical Report about the Complaints of the Customers -Support the CRM Manager in CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels -Manage the coordination of collateral, promotional items, and program translations to support marketing activities -Promote company product to customers

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in one of the fields of management or computer -At least 1 year of related experience -Understanding the basics of marketing -Data Analysis -Good computer skills -Fluent in ICDL -Ability to work under pressure -Responsible and committed -Strong attention to detail -Communication and interpersonal skills -Teamwork -Continuous Learning -Self-Management -Effective communication with customers -Full Time -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
