• Receiving and analyzing the claims and complaints from customers • Preparing the Analytical Report about the Complaints of the Customers • Support the CRM Manager in CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Manage coordination of collateral, promotional items, and program translations to support marketing activities. • Promote company product to customers
