Responsibilities: The mission of CRM analysts is to make sure communications with users, are executed in such a way that brings enough demand at the right time and at the right cost. ● Responsible for execution of CRM communications and coordination with stakeholders. ● Keep an organized history of CRM communications. ● Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of communications. ● Manage time according to the dynamic priorities of our tasks.

Requirements

● Time and workload management. ● Attention to detail. ● Extremely organized at execution of tasks and keeping records. ● Self-educator; taking extra steps to learn new tools. ● Proficiency in MS Office. ● Basic data querying skills with SQL. ● Medium-level programming skills in Python.
