About Snapp Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. About the Team CRM team in Snapp is responsible for accelerating ride growth and market share while managing customer retention and frequency cohorts using the right customer segmentation, rigorous AB testing, and insightful reporting. About the Role We are looking for a rock star individual to join our Snapp CRM team to boost our business growth by leveraging commercial insights, data science, and customer analytics. Responsibilities • Customer clustering with the help of data science and commercial insights • Implement customer-focused life cycle campaigns to onboard, increase frequency, enhance loyalty, and reduce churn of ride-hailing service customers with a clear focus on improving their retention rates and CLV • Perform rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to optimize key performance metrics • Set up efficient reporting that provides timely feedback and valuable insights to form future strategies

Requirements

• Knowledge of programming languages like python • Data science knowledge • Proficiency in English • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts • 1+ year experience in a related field (paid or data-driven marketing, commercial, business analytics, etc.)
