Job Description
We are looking for a rock star individual to join our Snapp CRM team to boost our business growth by leveraging commercial insights, analytics and customer life cycle management. CRM team in Snapp is responsible to accelerate ride growth and market share while managing customer retention and frequency cohorts using right customer segmentation, rigorous AB testing, and insightful reporting Planning and execution of weekly CRM campaigns with the help of commercial insights and efficient customer segmentation Implement customer-focused life cycle campaigns to onboard, increase frequency, enhance loyalty, and reduce churn of ride-hailing service customers with a clear focus on improving their retention rates and CLV Perform rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to optimize key performance metrics Set up efficient reporting that provides timely feedback and valuable insights to form future strategies
Requirements
1+ year experience in related field (paid or data driven marketing, commercial, business analytics etc ) Bachelors or Masters from reputed university Good with numbers, analytical skills and communication. Having knowledge of python or R is a plus
