Job Description
• Lead brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop campaigns • Direct layout, design, and copy writing; determining and monitoring production schedules; providing work direction to staff • Supervise the Copy/Art/Motion team to conceptualize ideas to meet marketing goals for all digital marketing communications across brands • Act as Brand Police for Tap30 and be responsible for overall quality of creative content delivered
Requirements
• Bachelor of Applied Art or Any Graphic design Degree from reputed organization. • 8+ years’ experience in the advertising industry as an Art Director • 2+ years of managing a team • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics • Ability to take ownership and be creative. • Strong presentation skills • Knowledge of English a strong plus
