Job Description

We are looking for a creative lead; the future jobholder will contribute to our branding in property development. This role's responsibilities include: ● Develop ideas and creative concepts that speak to the required audience (both internal and external). ● Create, revise and develop advertisements, collateral, merchandising, and branding materials for a variety of media outlets such as print, video, web, and social media. ● Shoot, edit and publish creative videos and photographs for use throughout our website, social media, etc. ● Oversee projects and outside agencies as they relate to the visual use of the company logo and materials that are needed from various departments i.e. customized facility art and signage, departmental brochures and hand-outs, promotional products, etc. ● Maintain an online photo gallery to fulfil requests for digital photos and video.
