Job Description

• To analyze business, Operation, financial and Non-financial data and prepare related reports. • To observe, receive and obtain information from all relevant sources and advise CR on them. • To identify the underlie principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts. • To analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems by BA team cooperation • To synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action • To ensure timely flow of business intelligence information to manager. • To analyze operation/ customer/ financial related data and prepare analytical reports. • To be update about knowledge of emerging CR trends or its PPPs. • To carry out various analysis across various functional areas of CR per assignment. • To Control and monitor the reports produced by the CR operation administrator. • To monitor CR-Telemarketing's new project's KPIs & provide required reports. • To prepare comprehensive financial models, scenario analysis, risk assessment and Return analysis • To find issues according with gap analysis between criteria and condition. • To perform special/ad-hoc assignments as directed by manager. • To investigate deviations and non-compliance to PPPs.

Requirements

• BA in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related • Fluent in English • MBA & DBA degree is desirable • Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in an area of business analyzing /operation monitoring; with experience in supervising others • Experience working in a medium organization • PMBOK • PBA • BPM (Business Process Management)
