Job Description
• Analyze and control existing operations results, in cooperation with store financial controllers: • Monitor KPIs, analyze variance vs. budget and historic, propose corrective action plans • Provide information and forecast to managers to help piloting the business performance • Challenge store teams by controlling, reporting and analyzing • Drive and harmonize controlling procedures across country operations, to ensure state-of-the-art controlling everywhere: • Define and implement control procedures and train new store financial controllers • Share best-practices between stores - including best practices from other country operations • Drive operations reporting during business cycle and for ad hoc needs (for instance In-year forecasts, Budget, Performance reviews...)
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in one of the following fields: Corporate Finance, Financial management, Business Management Or More than 10 year’s experience in Finance field, in managerial position - At least 3 years' experience in financial field / financial control - Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data - Requires strong analytical and technical skills in financial analysis and reporting - Having good knowledge of IFRS - Full proficiency in Microsoft office Excel - Strong problem-solving skills identifying and resolving complex issues in an effective and time sensitive pace - Self-motivated team player - Effective communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines - Experience in an international working environment appreciated - Fluency in spoken and written English
