• Gathering the necessary documents from the applicants
• Sorting applicants’ documents according to the instructions
• Completing the dashboard using the necessary information
• Answering or referring inquiries
• Completing the visa applications online
• Reporting to the Operations Manager / Supervisor
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and clerical work
• Highly skilled in typing (minimum 30 words per minute)
• Focused and precise on the given tasks
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Good command of English / German or Turkish
