Job Description

- Objective of the role: Customer satisfaction , sales quality , Track order. - List of responsibilities: Responsible for customer affairs, responsible for customer satisfaction, responsible for supporting customer complaints. Reporting to: manager , deputy. - Subordinates: Customer Affairs staff. - Length of Probation Period: If satisfied, unlimited. - Working hours: Every day from 10 am to 7 pm except Fridays and public holidays. - Gross Monthly Base Salary: About 30,000,000 Rials However, depending on the efficiency of the desired section, it can also be variable. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Reward is possible.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (but it doesn't matter). - Nature and length of previous experience: Preferably at least 3 years. - Specialist knowledge: Public Relations. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Motivated, active, has a strong articulation, good communication, interested in the gold class, has a spirit of criticism, has a team spirit.
