Job Description

- Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring - Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery of the project work. - Attending in all project estimating meeting to collect the activities estimate. - Review, analysis and updating of project cost forecast values. - Controlling costs and estimating variance on budget costs against actual costs. (VAC & CP) - Design and optimization of financial coding system -Receive monthly reports from the financial department - Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost management measures - Maintenance of project Budget information.

Requirements

Education: - B.S. /M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance Experience & knowledge: - Work experience in related field (at least 5 years) - Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting. - Familar with project control software ( MS Visio, MS Project and P6) - Fluent in Excel - Ability to organize, interpret, and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data - Familar with Hamkaran system software is plus point Attitude/skills: - Problem solving capability - Eager to achieve challenging targets - Highly developed interpersonal skills - Multi-task capability - Team player
