Job Description
● Preparation in order to set up system and cost management software and management accounting. ● Systemic and physical inventory control of warehouses with real inventory provided by the warehouseman on a monthly basis. ● Budget control and related calculations ● Control and report of materials sent to produce, goods, and waste received from production during the warehousing report. ● Preparation of consumption deviation report. ● Pricing of products and semi-finished documents. ● Provide monthly profit margins based on different scenarios. ● BOM control of products and verification of production machine efficiency and factory capacity measurement in order to calculate and control the real cost, standard, and budget. ● Establishment of system and registration of accounting documents for the cost of products and waste.
Requirements
● Background with cost accounting preferred, with additional education specific to costing, operations, and manufacturing is preferred. ● Strong systems skills including, SAP is preferred ● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ● Highly agile, with the ability to shift priorities quickly, think creatively, and deal with ambiguity proactively. ● Strong data analysis skills, including the use of BI tools.
