Job Description
The position is accountable for the ongoing analysis of manufacturing variances, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities. Some tasks are as below: -Ensure adequate controls and reviews are in place for inventory and gross margin reporting -Partner with management, and the Financial Planning & Analysis group to analyze monthly gross margins by product -Responsible for all aspects of cost accounting -Prepare cost estimates of new and/or special products to help determine selling prices and production forecasts -Process month-end journals applicable to the position and prepare related month-end reconciliations -Assist in the preparation and performance of physical inventories, as required -Drive compliance with company policy and procedures and internal control standards -Support both internal and external audits during quarterly reviews and annual audits -Possible travel to other business locations, as required -Direct and control a team of accountancy staff providing full accounting services for a large operating center -Direct and control accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards -Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets and other supporting statements in accordance with accounting standards -In charge of overseeing all the finances to ensure we remain as cost-efficient as possible -He/she will ensure quality in accounting records, implementation of organizational financial management standards, effective internal controls and financial risk management -Review financial accounting, monitoring and reporting -Providing Tax, labor, and VAT statements in written and electronic format -Providing a seasonal financial statement -Cash flow forecasting -Expert in banking, credit, international money transfer issues -Prepare analysis of financial information for monitoring reports when required -Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization -Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported -Data Analyzing on ways to reduce costs of company -Familiar with Hybrid sale & Distribution Channel
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting/Financial Management is required -At least 7+ years in a similar position in a medium- or large-size company with relevant -Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills -Communication skills -Leadership and strategic thinking attitude -Fluent in Accounting standards, regulations, policies and procedures -Fluent in Insurance, Tax and VAT issues -Fluent in financial statements -Advanced proficiency in MS office -Advanced proficiency in English language -Expert in Varanegar and other related software and administration of these Being fluent in accounting software such as system hamkaran or software systems sepidar -Between 7 - 10 years of standard cost experience -Organizational, negotiation, and problem solving skills -Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written -Knowledge in English -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 40
