Job Description
● Perform month-end close activities related to cost accounting. ● Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis. ● Prepare various financial analyses related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support. ● Set up new raw material, packaging, WIP, and FG items. ● Record cost information for use in controlling expenditures. ● Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components in SAP system. ● Lead annual stock counting. ● Make gap analysis of production and RM / PM cost actual VS budget and align the action with all parties.
Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Post Graduate studies will be an asset. ● Minimum 6+ years of experience in the same field and minimum 2 years in a managerial role. ● Industrial FMCG experience is a huge asset. ● Proficiency in English is a must and the Turkish language is an asset. ● Advanced level of MS Office skills. SAP knowledge is a must. ● Problem solving, analytical thinking capabilities. ● Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multi-tasking working environment. ● Proactive cooperation with other teams. ● Ability to coach and develop team members.
