Job Description

PGt is looking to hire a “Communications Manager” for one of its pharmaceutical clients. In her/his role, the Communications Manager will report to their Line Manager at PGt, and will be the core contact point between the PR & Communications Agency and the Client. Situated in the Client’s offices, the successful candidate will be responsible for all activities related to internal and external communications, public relations, content development and distribution, media relations coordination, communications strategy development, coordination with the different departments of the Client, event management and coordination, and supervision on marketing materials and contents. Main Responsibilities: • Reporting to the Line Manager at the Agency, with dotted line to Country Manager at Client. • Being the main, proactive, and efficient point of contact with agency and the Client and work closely with the communications partners for outstanding outcomes. • Develop and implement effective communications strategies that build loyalty programs, brand awareness, and media satisfaction in line with company compliance and values. • Prepare detailed media, PR, and communication’s activities reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). • Managing, strategizing, and implementing internal communications and programs. • Constant communications with the PR and Communications Agency, electronically and through meetings. • Keeping efficient communications with all the stakeholders, internally and externally. • Supervision on PR and Marketing events and activities. • Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner. • Following approvals and revisions as required internally and externally in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Experienced in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, and Content Development. • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, in both Farsi and English languages. • Excellent organizational, managerial, leadership, time management, workload management, and computer skills. • Familiar with different mediums. • Flexible and able to cope with different entities and cultures. • Ability to continually prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, fast paced environment. • Bachelor degree or higher. • Medical background preferable. • Ability to travel nationally and internationally. • Military service exempt or complete. • Minimum 3 years Communications experience in relevant industry.
