Job Description

Mission: • To simplify company technical information and create text of advertisements or publicity material in mass and social media for MTN Irancell Products/Services and Programs, Portal and Apps, considering best practices in line with standards/policies and market orientation. • To check, monitor and edit advertisement contents ensuring that all of them comply with Farsi/English grammatical standards while still representing the MTN Irancell Brand and tone of voice. Task Complexity: • To liaise with text content requesters in different teams to get their requirements and coordinate with advertising agencies and outsource copy writers as needed and ensure achieving the desired final result. • To take technical information from content requesters related to Irancell brand, products and services and to transform it into simple and understandable text to the market target/customers. • To create or check contents used in the company commercial advertisements, in newspapers, radio, television, magazines, website, social networks and other media, as well as journal articles about company products or services and communications by company media. • To create text contents for publicity releases, promotional or informational booklets, sales promotional materials, etc. • To provide appropriate text contents to be used in company social media channels, considering their differences compared with other media and their special features/target markets/trends. • To have active collaboration with team’s graphic designers while delivering the assigned projects and share viewpoints to optimize the final result. • To coordinate the assigned projects’ communication plans with the requester as well as the graphic designer. • To review existing written contents regularly and edit/update the information or structure for republishing and reprinting. • To review the contents of the company’s website, Weblog, and apps constantly and update written contents based on new information or approaches (both in Farsi and English). • To review and confirm suggested texts to be used on Content Providers’ artworks. • To review and comment on advertising agencies copywriters’ works based on the company’s copy-writing standards. • To support Internal Communications and Public Relations activities by reviewing all text contents to ensure their alignment with company copy-writing tone of voice and standards. . (Photoshop knowledge could be very beneficial and will be considered a privilege).

Requirements

Education: • B.A. in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related, • Degree in Public Relations, , Translation/ or any other relevant fields, • Fluent in English. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others • Working experience in Creative & brand agencies could be very beneficial and will be considered a privilege. Knowledge: • Word processing equipment, • Knowledge of typography and layout, • Knowledgeable of copy-writing, design and layout, • Knowledgeable of project management. Skills: • Excellent command of the English and Farsi language • Communication Skills, • Good written and interpersonal skills, • Detailed oriented.
