Job Description

In this role, you will be accountable for the day-to-day administration - Smartsheet control, and ensuring the project templates are provisioned, progress is monitored, and tasks are updated. Overall efficacy will be managed in real-time via project, so timely task updates and effective communication will form the foundation for a successful process. A large component of this role includes Smartsheet administration, Project Manager Support, and preparing for and executing the quarterly Project Demand Management Process. Additional tasks include maintaining the project template knowledgebase and supporting project stakeholder report-outs. Roles: ● Evaluate the quality of documentation to ensure that it meets professional and project standards. ● Review documentation created by other team members to ensure that it is accurate and consistent with company, customer, and project standards. ● Review relevant documentation to determine compliance with legal and contractual requirements. ● Create and modify template documentation that will enforce project standards. ● Audit the project execution for compliance with accepted project methodology. ● Provide training and support to the project team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes with respect to quality assurance methodology and compliance. ● Prepare and report project status to both Sagitec and client stakeholders. ● Assist in managing project scope and managing change control processes and terms of the contract. ● Assist in managing the financial health of the project (including billing and collections). ● Identify and communicate process improvements. ● Approach challenges and conflicts positively. ● Communicate and collaborate clearly and professionally in all methods of communication (i.e., verbal, written). ● Assume additional project responsibilities to ensure project and Sagitec success. ● Collaborate with the PMO and project leads within Sagitec on project management process improvements and methodologies.

Requirements

● Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. ● Ability to provide reports on the status of orders. ● Ability to solve problems and establish proper communication with different units of the organization. ● Familiarity with design software (Illustrator and Photoshop).
