Job Description

We are looking for COO Executive Assistant, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. The successful candidate will be a highly resourceful team-player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Extensive diary management, maintaining calendars and appointments with arranging and coordinating travel schedules and itineraries • Providing general administrative support, including assistance in composing and editing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports • Screening calls, visitors, and emails to eliminate and/or prioritize in order to maximize the COO’s daily calendar and “to-do’s”, conducting daily briefings with COO to keep him well informed • Being sensitive regarding confidential matters • Providing secretarial support for business meetings to take notes for future distribution and follow-up • Liaising and interacting across executive management and their respective teams • Establishing and maintaining filing systems for various confidential files and records, including financial documentation or internal communication materials • Demonstrate a strong level of knowledge about the business and act in a manner that promotes the professional image of the Company's ethos • Managing special projects as needed and assisting COO with personal tasks as requested SALARY: $ 1.000 - $ 1.500 (plus cost of accommodation, depending on expertise and working location) LOCATION: Turkey – Istanbul, or other offices

Requirements

• Proven experience within a similar role supporting at the executive level • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or other related area • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • English and Farsi languages proficiency • Knowledge of Turkish or other languages would be an advantage • Able to multitask and prioritize accordingly • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Discretion and confidentiality • Travel required on an ad hoc basis • Flexibility regarding working hours
