Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.A / Ph.D. in food industry engineering.
- Familiar with Confectionery industry (Minimum relevant work experience: 7 Years related to Quality in the food industry (including 4 years’ management experience).
- Hardworking, efficient, and responsible.
- Teamwork & positive relationships with others.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, SPSS, Minitab, and other related software.
- Good basic level of English.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Familiar with base and needs of quality management systems.
- Undertaking and monitoring good performance, monitoring and product measurements according to control plans.
- Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40 years old
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of confectionery and bakery products (biscuits, cakes, wafers, chocolate, toffee, crackers).
- Familiar with GMP, Quality audits and ISO (9001, 22000, 17025).
