Job Description
• Prepare, proofread, or process legal documents, such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, appeals, motions, or pretrial agreements. • Organize and maintain law libraries, documents, and case files. • Advise concerning claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations. • Prepare draft and review legal documents. • Present and summarize cases to judges and juries. • Analyzing and identifying contractual legal risks. • Advising on and drafting/review of agreements • Monitoring the applications not to miss any deadline. • Reporting to the manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Legal, Philosophy and related fields. • Minimum of 3 years of professional legal experience. • Excellent knowledge of English. • Ability to work under pressure. • Good skill in Microsoft office. • Active communicating on various levels of organization. • Team working Skills.
