Job Description
● Write, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various contracts covering a range of transactions especially in these subjects: shareholders, supply, investment, and service agreements.
● Prepare addendum and/or amendments related to the previously drafted agreements based on the needs and requests.
● Prepare contractual notices or letters for raising claims, penalties, termination, or renewal of assigned agreements.
● Write the contract in bi-lingual (Persian or English).
● Maintaining a detailed record of contract requests and timelines.
● Advise internal divisions on various agreements/transactions with a variety of service providers including claims and enforcing penalties, interpretation of contracts, investigation of quality and quantity of provided/received services and etc.
● Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
● Provide weekly contract reports.
