Job Description
• Writing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions especially in these subjects: Share Holders, supply, Investment and Service Agreements
• Preparing addendum and/or amendments related to the previously drafted agreements based on the needs and requests
• Prepare contractual notices or letters for raising claims, penalty, termination or renewal of assigned agreements
• Have a strong negotiation skill to meet with customers, suppliers, and investors and discuss both legal and Contract matters
• Write the contract in bi-lingual (Persian/English)
• Strong sense of teamwork and able to manage the contract team
• Maintaining a detailed record of contract request and timeline
• To advise internal divisions on various agreements/transactions with a variety of service providers including claims and enforcing penalties, interpretation of contracts, investigation of quality and quantity of provided/received services and etc
• Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
• provide weekly contract reports
