Job Description

- At least 2 years of related experience - Familiarity with accounting and finance process - Expertise in writing and editing texts - Familiarity with law and legal issues - Excellent English proficiency - Outstanding communication, negotiation and teamwork skills - Sharp, patient and able to work under pressure

Requirements

- Write and prepare contracts and other necessary legal documents - Check and comment on contracts sent by other companies - Follow up the contract signing procedure with financial and legal departments and account managers - Monitor the execution of contracts' terms of agreement - Renew and terminate contracts when necessary - follow up the payment process with financial department and account managers - prepare and revise contract templates when necessary
