Job Description

-Identifying, analyzing, researching, negotiating, and resolving legal and business issues in proposed contracts, and making appropriate recommendations to business -Reviewing all contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements -Preparing contract summaries and/or issues lists for the direct manager and/or business owners -Drafting board and stockholder resolutions, meeting minutes and other corporate governance documents in compliance with applicable law -Reviewing the business situation to select, propose and recommend the appropriate type of agreement to the respective manager or team member -Managing process improvement for legal contracts. Continuously measuring performance and improving productivity and processes for contract management -Recommending, developing and implementing contracting policies, procedures and processes, and redeveloping contract template that is insufficient -Coordinating and attending board and committee meetings and drafting minutes in addition to directing the activities related to the annual meeting of shareholders -Following up on actions from meetings and reporting -Updating databases and maintaining accurate records of contracts in addition to facilitate the administration of the contract renewal process -Drafting and reviewing contracts and providing guidance on contract standards -Organizing and preparing agenda and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs)

Requirements

-Bachelor/Master’s degree in law or equivalent work experience -Over 5 years of experience in a similar position in a medium- or large-size company with relevant industrial sector experience specially in construction companies -Excellent oral and written communication skills -In-depth knowledge of laws & regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications -Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills -Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns -Familiar with Rules & Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization. -A supportive and open line-manager and colleague -Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel -Keen attention to detail and penchant for accuracy, timeliness and organization -Highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders -Fluent in English
