Job Description
-Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. contract law, tax law, labor law, etc.) -Draft and administer all contracts administration -Develop company policy and position on legal issues -Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks -Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations -Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents -Represent company in legal proceedings (court trials, etc.). -Review new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors -Guide managers on regulatory and compliance matters -Administering training workshops -Coordination and cooperation to outside lawyers to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services
Requirements
-B.S. degree or above in international trade law or related fields -High command in written English and good command in spoken English -Excellent negotiation and communications skills -Ability to sense and recognize corporate legal and compliance risks and manage those risks -Good knowledge and understanding of holding companies requirements -Administrative and managerial skills -Analytical ability and strong attention to detail -Computer skills -Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed -Having at least 5 years of experience in related areas
