Job Description
-Review contracts and change orders for completeness and proper signatures -Modify, update, and maintain contracts and associated documentation, processing, and communicating changes -Draft, edit and redline contracts in the negotiation process -Develop a contract policies and procedures module for operational staff to facilitate execution -Coordinate all document requests for review and processing by contracts administrators -Evaluate document requests to determine required action based on policies and procedures *This position is available for Tehran
Requirements
-Over 3 years of experience in preparing and reviewing contracts/legal documents -Bachelor/Master degree in law is required -Graduated from accredited University -GPA: At least 15
