Job Description

QC Manager is responsible for leading LQA and UGC teams in Content Department. The quality of User-generated content (either sellers or Users) devolved upon this person. Designing new approaches to expand a business is this person’s main responsibility. In addition, every single action in these two businesses should be accompanied by the user and seller satisfaction. Responsibilities: ● Responsible for the execution and optimization of standards for content review and meeting operational metrics of the moderation function. ● Designing new approaches in order to Keep LQA SLA (Quality and time) on track. ● Designing new approaches in order to decrease the LQA rejection rate. ● Preparing new UGC guidelines and SOPs to keep SLA (Quality and time) on Track. ● Preparing new UGC guidelines and SOPs to decrease the rejection rate. ● Designing new approaches to expand UGC and LQA businesses. ● Designing Strategies in order to keep sNPS (sellers NPS) on track. ● Designing strategies in order to simplify content guidelines for both users and sellers. ● Designing strategies in order to facilitate product insertion and comment submission process. ● Designing strategies and campaigns in order to keep users engaged. ● Expanding DK content QC business. ● Receiving all departments concern’s on UGC and LQA businesses and trying to overcome them. ● Being in contact with the MP LQA manager in order to get more aligned. ● Setting mutual goals with MP LQA and trying to keep the teams on track. ● Designing new plans and actions to automate and outsource LQA and UGC businesses. ● Preparing a comprehensive guideline to keep content and marketplace aligned. ● Monitoring all content services provided to sellers in order to decrease their dissatisfaction. ● Taking part in seller’s training projects in cooperation with the marketplace. ● Generating training materials to provide users with rules and guidelines. ● Preparing comprehensive reports of LQA and UGC productivity and progress. ● Tracking LQA supervisor’s tasks and giving him/her constructive feedback. ● Tracking UGC supervisor’s tasks and giving him/her constructive feedback. ● Taking part in improvement projects. ● Taking part in content meetings. ● Taking part in MP meetings. ● Taking part in meeting with UGC stakeholders. ● Providing a thorough and exact report as directed by a content senior manager. ● Passing knowledge to supervisors and helping fellow staff with problems.
