Idea and content creation team, There will also be student and trainees formed into groups. These would include: A) An idea team consisting of 12 members. B) A content creation team also consisting of 12 members. - Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. - Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement. - Partner with People services teams in the regions to deliver exceptional HR process delivery and responsiveness and ensure compliance with country laws and company’s policies. - Ensures succession and leadership development plans are in place to drive bench strength. - Partner with line management and the Talent Management Centers of Excellence (CoE) to ensure the sourcing, incentivizing and reward of high caliber, qualified employees to achieve the business targets for each area, within budget.
