Job Description
- Give information to people who call with skin and hair question about all of the services that are provided in our clinic on phone and sometimes face to face and have followups. - Persuading people to come to clinic and buy our services. - Support the customers when they come to clinic - Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing. - Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. - Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. - Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
Requirements
- 35 - 40 year’s old woman - Having University educated - Fluent in English conversation - Fluent in correct Persian conversation - Having a good voice - To be able to make good connection with people - Good negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills - Outgoing and energetic attitude - Good listening skills - Multi-tasking ability - Excellent problem-solving capabilities - Computer experience
