Job Description

The mission of the consumer research specialist at Zarrin Roya is to understand consumer needs and concerns for the design of products. The main tasks can be listed below: ● Study needs of consumers and potentially affecting product features. ● Design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle. ● Develop and evaluate data collection methods including reviewing and auditing the questionnaire. ● Schedule the timing of the projects and facilitate delivery of material for research. ● Data Analysis and creativity in data interpretation using statistical software. ● Listen and track the voice of consumers on social media and CRM data. ● Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts. ● Prepare presentations, write reports, and make actionable recommendations.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, and related fields. ● Excellent communication and coordination skills, cooperative attitude, and organized and accurate. ● Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ● Familiar with marketing and marketing research concepts. ● Professional negotiation skills. ● Flexible, strong team player with the ability to work under pressure. ● Focused and target-oriented. ● Ability to good telecommunication. ● Problem solver and have critical thinking. ● Analytical skills. ● Fuent in SPSS software.
