the roles and responsibilities include as below but are not limited to:
- Supervising of ongoing construction activities
- Expediting progress of all related contractors
- Site inspection responsible
- Checking out material inspections, method statement to be followed
- Arrange the temporary work
- Lead planning and implementation of project
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action
- Make sure the civil scope of work is completed on time and in a safe manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a performance environment
- More than 5 years of experience in the same position
- Experience of working on EPC industrial projects
- Good level of the English language, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional in AutoCAD, ICDL, Etabs, Safe, SAP and Taksa
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude, polite, patient, personable, respectful and flexible
