Job Description

The main responsibility of the job is to oversee the construction project from start to finish within the time and allocated budget while ensuring the delivered projects meet the initial established criteria in terms of Quality and Specifications. Main duties include: • Handling supervisory details related to timing, budgeting, and other building processes of a project based on formerly set objectives • Negotiating contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers • Measuring the contractors against the expected quality and quantity • Securing of building permits and licenses • Delivery of materials and equipment to construction site • Activity Planning and Sequencing • Continuously controlling the quality in order to stop deviations and minimize cost • Supervising all the workers at the project site • Working along project planners to ensure the work does not go beyond the budget and schedule • Monitoring and reporting progress • Ensuring the site meets health and safety and building regulation
