Job Description

• To Examine the laws of the company and its compliance with the laws of central and international insurance. • To Design new regulations in line with existing and required company guidelines. • To Provide an in-house service that effectively supports business areas in their duty to comply with relevant laws and regulations and internal procedures. • To Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness. • To Ensure that an organization has internal controls to adequately measure and manage the risks. • To File required documents. • To Keep track of policy review deadlines. • To Review and update internal policies. • To Identify and manage regulatory risk. • To Identify upstream laws and regulations.

Requirements

• At Least bachelor's degree in Accounting, law, Management • At Least 7 years in Related experience • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving • Reading Comprehension (Many documents cross your desk of compliance officers, especially if their jobs are specific to making sure paperwork is filed properly and on time. These documents will need to be understood thoroughly.) • Detail-oriented • Leadership • High ethical standards
