• Act as the Compliance responsible person for policies, education and monitoring plans in Daryan’s group companies.
• In charge of awareness, understanding and enforcement of compliance SOPs & programs.
• Ensure all employees are adequately aware and trained.
• Monitor and control business ethics.
• Ensure a risk based comprehensive compliance program implemented across all companies in Daryan’s group.
Requirements
• University degree, preferably Business Administration, Finance, Legal or Life Science
• Experience: at least 5 years in a senior position in a large corporate environment with responsibility for compliance, or equivalent.
