Job Description
● Keeping up with current changes in all relevant areas of laws and ensuring compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other compliance requirements. ● Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies and practices. ● Preparing and filing compliance monthly and quarterly reports. ● Supporting compliance project coordination. ● Reviewing, commenting, drafting different types of contracts in English and Persian as well as drafting legal documents, letter writings, etc. ● Providing legal advice and counsel on various types of legal inquiries containing legal risks and consequences for the company. ● Assisting with all required legal and compliance communications and internal and external interactions.
Requirements
● University degree in Law. ● At least 5 years of experience in the legal or compliance department. ● Fluency in both written and spoken English in both general and legal contexts. ● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail. ● Ability to work in a team at various levels of seniority.
