Job Description

Major Responsibilities >Delivery of Training and Effectiveness: -Deliver all the training programs as per the Sales Curriculum and needs (10% Development Impact) -Develop and run knowledge test in order to ensure participants increased knowledge and reach a satisfactory level for the organization -Ensure all participants complete an action plan detailing how they will implement what they learned >Monitor Action Plan: -Support Line Managers in coaching their team to better refine and implement the team's learning (20% Development Impact) -Support Line Managers to monitor sales teams' action plans and/or spend time on the field to ensure effective implementation (70% Development Impact) >Sustain of Training and Effectiveness -Monitor and analyze the efficiency of training and propose improvement to material -Provide recommendations to improve the design of the programs based on feedback of participants and experience on the field -Participate in curriculum design improvement with the Head of Training based on feedback received from participants

Requirements

>Knowledge -Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibilities -Product and local market knowledge, understand company strategies, local trade and international retailers knowledge, customer needs and consumer behavior, Retail Management and Field Management knowledge -Train the Trainer for Facilitation skills >Experience - 2 to 3 years of successful experience in Sales -Training/Facilitation experience is a plus -Must be passionate about people -Inspiring others for the idea of lifelong learning -Adaptability and Flexibility
