Job Description
● Responsible for the administration and delivery of C&B programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employee talent.
● Control all C&B activities in terms of payroll, labor contracts, policies, benefits, timesheets, internal and external labor reports, etc.
● Perform payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, and calculate and process resignation payments.
● Ensure payroll is completed accurately and processed in a timely manner, eliminating the risk of substantial expenditures of time, human resources, and funds.
