Job Description

-Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary. -Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales. -Administer employee insurance, pension and savings plans, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers. -Calculates the variable pay for employees (bonuses, incentives, stock option plans, etc.) -Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness -Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions) -Designs and maintains the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation - Monitor reviews of compensation and Benefits packages to maintain market positioning - Analyze compensation and benefits trends, current programs, and legislation to assist Staffing Chief with data for presenting recommendations - Assist Staffing Chief in preparing guidelines, structures and communication materials for annual salary reviews

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or a related field - Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits -Having good knowledge in compensation & benefit activities -Familiar with job evaluation methods including Hay Group, Mercer and GGS -Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work under constant deadlines -Being responsible and committed -Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues -Computer Literacy (MS Office, Statistical Tools) C&B Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Analytical Skills, Strong Presentation Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Excellent Data Management Skills - Fluent in English
