Job Description
• Development and modification of company remuneration strategy and implementation model according to market remuneration conditions and industry benchmarking • Design and maintain total reward model including base pay, variable short-term and long-term pay, and benefits • Propose annual salary budget across different organization levels and do relevant monitoring over year • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements and Iran labor law • Advise HR executive on organizational policy matters such as remuneration policies and recommend needed changes • Developing and enhance reward systems in order to improve efficiency of staff attendance and remuneration affairs
Requirements
• At least BA in management (preferably human resource management) • 6 years’ work experience, minimum three years in remuneration at a senior level • Good command of English both speaking and writing • Compensation and methodologies, • Strategic human resource management • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, precedents, government regulations and etc • Time Management • High Sense of integrity
