Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing salary structures and compensation schemes throughout the Group, in line with best practices and business objectives, to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. - Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy - Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture - Design and implement incentive and benefit programs (sales incentives, commission schemes, etc.) - Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys - Assess, review and update existing rewards policies, programs and incentives, identify opportunities for improvement - Benchmark roles against market and peer groups - Keep abreast latest market trends, practices and tools/technologies - Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports - Report on Diversity and Inclusion from a Rewards perspective

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience; preferably in Rewards Consulting - Ability to conceptualize and implement rewards strategies, incentive plans - A proven track record in designing and delivering solutions in the rewards space - Strong analytical capabilities, and business acumen - Good understanding of performance management systems - Advanced project management and communication skills - Ability to live in Qeshm island
