Job Description

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to oversee and administer the employees perfect rewards and smart benefits. You will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Assist to define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals • Prepare job evaluations and job classifications • Caring out job analysis and revising job descriptions • Calculate the variable pay for employees (bonuses, incentives, stock option plans, etc.) • Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepare reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness • Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions) • Analyze compensation and benefits trends, current programs, and legislation to assist C&B Chief with data for presenting recommendations • Assist C&B Chief in preparing guidelines, structures and communication materials for annual salary reviews

Requirements

• BA or higher in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or a related field • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits • Familiar with evaluation methods including Hay Group, Mercer and GGS • Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work under constant deadlines • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Learning oriented • Fluent in English
