Job Description

● Conduct research on competitive compensation and benefits trends (local and global) within various industry segments. ● Communicate with procurement, finance, and related vendors for any request regarding compensation and benefits. ● Determine personnel salary based on MTNIrancell remunerations and reward policies. ● Analyze and calculate the annual salary increases and bonuses. ● Administrate compensation programs to ensure fairness, consistency, and competitiveness for MTNIrancell based on current trend analysis and business plan projections. ● Interpret performance appraisals and implement necessary welfare and reward structures based on performance results. ● Prepare comprehensive and analytical reports on MTNIrancell remuneration, rewards, and welfare statistics. ● Analysis of trend for market salary and welfare and adjustment of Company processes with labor laws. ● Ensure that the employee payment list provided by finance is in compliance with time and attendance and ERP lists. ● Calculate MTNIrancell employees' monthly payroll based on remuneration and reward policies. ● Calculate staff leave, service benefits, and settlement sheet of MTNIrancell staff. ● Analyze and calculate unused leave, redemption years of staff service life, and other demands of MTNIrancell staff. ● Update and maintain MTNIrancell payroll ERP. ● Provide cost estimates and support in the forecast of the HR annual welfare budget. ● Coordinate and assist in the development and optimization of employee welfare programs and prepare related reports. ● Integrate employee compensation and benefit plans with the HR shared services team. ● Provide professional advice on appropriate compensation, welfare, and benefit levels for all new positions. ● Give advisory to MTNIrancell staff per case of remuneration, reward, and welfare. ● Coordinate HR-related concepts with the customer service sub-division and act as a point of contact between of HR teams and the customer service sub-division HR coordinator.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Statistics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. ● At least 3 years of experience in human resources with a concentration in compensation and benefits. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization. ● Experience in compensation and benefits policy and procedure development. ● Professional experience in designing and implementing innovative base pay and incentive compensation programs and benefit plans.
