Job Description

Social Media Management: - Lead administrator and creative marketing voice across all HONOR social platforms to ensure higher levels of traffic and customer engagement - Generate, edit, publish, share engaging content daily - Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics - Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner - Community Management: - Lead and strategist ways to scale our communities and connect with new people - Build visibility and credibility by attending chats and moderating, including engaging with new and existing partners such as KOLs - Topical and Campaign Content Creation: - Cooperate with in-house team and agency (and occasionally by yourself) to create and adapt content with agility - for each relevant social media channel based on market opportunity, timing and creativity that matches the brands tone and positioning. - Other Responsibilities - Monitor the communities and make daily/weekly reports;

Requirements

Key Skills : - Strong familiarity with major social platforms including Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Aparat, and Telegram. - Demonstrate passion for social and an eagerness to learn and share new trends in the social and digital marketing space. - Enthusiasm for and willingness to grow in all facets of social media management, including marketing, social care, content creation, and measurement. - Ability to manage community forums to drive brand loyalty, consideration and engagement with the audience. - Demonstrate initiative and independence, is consistent and dependable. - Works well within highly collaborative teams in a fast-paced working environment. - Excellent organization skills; ability to manage multiple deliverable and prioritize based on customer needs. - Ability to work with varying communication styles, empathize with team members, and successfully navigate interpersonal communication to maintain a positive team environment. - Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, new teams, and new customer communities. - Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills required. - Evening and weekend coverage may be required. - Bachelor degree in marketing, business or other related fields. - At least 1 year of experience in marketing/eCommerce or relevant positions.. - Good presentation & communication skill. - Hard working & careful. - Good English communication, interpersonal skill. - Strong documentation abilities in English and Microsoft office skills. - Be Passionate about new technology, taking on new challenges, open to learning. - Ideal Age: 24-28 - Self-motivated, innovative thinking, open-minded, and excelling in communication and coordination with high sense of responsibility and enough patience and passion. Ability to take pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra time when needed;
