Job Description

-Managing all export, import and related activities -Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs and services such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery -Defining the strategies in order to expand international and local business -Examine company rules to make sure they stay relevant and make recommendations for necessary changes -Look for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and work to take advantage of those opportunities -Analyze sales and other reports regarding orders, foreign financial statement, money transfer controlling for foreign suppliers -Fully close cooperation with sales team to support customers regarding direct foreign purchasing -Work efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise -Resolve issues with contracts and commercial operations -Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget -Monitoring the conclusion of purchase contracts and clearance of purchased items -Managing budgets, expenses and pricing and commercial arrangements -Study international market trends, prices and recommend actions accordingly -Referral and contact with institutions, companies and factories regarding the needs of the company. -Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise -Participating in local and foreign exhibition -Handling the importation cycle: All communications with foreign suppliers, order placements, original documents issuance & legalization. Tracked transportation with the logistic department, got CDO from the forwarder -Organized payments for the foreign suppliers, forwarders & authorities. Following up on clearance of all imported materials with the customs broker -Coordinating shipment of the cargoes -Creating archive of record of all purchase information -Transferring full necessary information to the financial department

Requirements

-Minimum of 5 years of useful and related experience in Agriculture industry -At least 3 years related experience -Updated knowledge of incoterms and payment terms, Insurance, shipping documents and related items -Updated knowledge of regulations, legislation, GMP processes based on Food and Drug Organization for raw material, finished products in food and hygienic- cosmetics industries -Briefly leading the goods from suppliers to the final destination in the whorehouse -Full supporting customers for foreign purchasing -Capable to Participate local and foreign exhibitions -Motivated person, hard worker -Pay attention to detail, creative, Time management, process oriented, and Very good English skill -Advanced in Microsoft office -Team working, Time adaptation for proper coordination with foreign suppliers
