Job Description

Position reporting to: Commercial Manager Main responsibilities: • Providing general administrative support to the Team. • Preparing Letters • Diary management in respect of meeting rooms • Arranging travel and accommodation for the Team as required in coordinate with company’s travel section • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues • Thoughtful and proactive organization of team members diary/calendar invites/commitments and meeting room booking management • Typing and other general correspondence • General office duties, including maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, document scanning, etc. • Messages from clients and colleagues, and telephone liaison; answering calls on behalf of the team • Arranging Client, team and department events/functions and coordinating at them • Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information • You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require • Job Location: Tehran, North Kheradmand Street • Job Duration: Permanent Position • Desired start date: ASAP • Working hours: 8am _ 17 pm (Sat _ Tue) & 8am _ 16 pm (Wed.)

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelor degree in commerce or related field • Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience • Specialist knowledge: - Microsoft Office knowledge - particularly Word & Excel - Have excellent / fast and accurate typing skills • Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Strong Secretarial background - Highly organized - Ability to take instruction and work to own initiative - Able to work to tight deadlines - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
