Job Description

Mission: • To coordinate implementation roaming related promotions, campaigns and projects in collaboration of related teams. • To report on performance of roaming for the management. Task Complexity: • To coordinate International and National roaming and implementing actions in line with roaming strategic plan. • To monitor services through traffic reports and CR feedbacks and coordinate with network roaming team to ensure all services in roaming are working properly. • To coordinate negotiation process on launching new services and new discounted rates with roaming partners. • Responsible for communication with roaming partners, DCH and Vendors as per delegation. • To prepare business cases and financial modeling for roaming and follow up to get related approvals. • To follow up with Finance, ITS and Product to implement new promotions, offers or packages for roaming. • To provide reports to present performance of promotions, offers or packages for roaming for the management. • To implement end user tariffs for new discounted agreements and new wholesale rates for new discounted agreements. • To coordinate roaming special projects like Nowrouz, summer, Hajj and Arbaeen. • To provide and present analytical reports on the effectiveness of roaming pricing periodically. • To create and update quarterly performance reports to be presented to higher level management. • To coordinate actions according to communication plan for roaming promotion, packages and new products.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing /Communication) or related. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others, • Experience working in a medium organization, • At least two years of work experience, preferably in a financial /data management role. Knowledge: • Basics of accounting and financial operations, • Trend analysis and interpretation, • Strong knowledge of excel and access. Skills: • Strong skills in financial and data reconciliation • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite - outstanding Excel • Good report writing skills. • Good problem solving and analytical abilities • Ability to function under pressure.
