Job Description
We are eager to cooperate with a new commercial manager to conduct our sales department more creatively and set new objectives in accordance with market changes.
Typical job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
● Creative to seek new suppliers, attract new customers, and launch new products in accordance with market demand.
● Develop commercial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term.
● Analyze the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of products to create reports and identify areas of business growth.
● Manage budgets, expenses and pricing, and commercial agreements.
● Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts.
● Drive efficiencies to ensure contracts remain legally and financially viable.
● Partner with business managers to drive commercial performance.
● Support the Sales and Marketing department by conducting an analysis of commercial opportunities and market changes.
● Prepare models to assess the future profitability of identified opportunities.
● Supervise sales and marketing team and review sales process and plans.
● Take a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise.
● Report to the Managing Director.
● Probation period: 3 months.
● Working hours: from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
● Travel requirements: Occasionally.
