Job Description
● Manage marketing, sales, shipment, and customs clearance Personnel to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled in a timely manner.
● Plan, perform, and coordinate commercial affairs services such as corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, customs affairs, and transporting follow-ups.
● Develop new markets and search for new clients who might benefit from group services.
● Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
● Responsible for heading up the expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
● Submit progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
● Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
● Develop and monitor operations and procedures.
● Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
● Respond to customer inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
● Ready to work abroad (out of Iran).
● Report to the CEO.
