Job Description
The position holder complies with Novo Nordisk principles and local legislation and regulations defending company interests. Nevertheless, as a requirement of business ethics; defending and implementing of Company’s sales and marketing strategies against third parties. The role is pretty much securing the product distribution optimization, managing the performance of distributors both in the field and with financial collections, and securing product availability all over the country in line with the sales target of the affiliate. The role is also involved in negotiations with IFDA departments and universities and big pharmacy chains to secure optimized distribution of Novo Nordisk products.
● Secure product availability on the market according to IFDA rules and regulations.
● Create alignment between distributors and IFDA to provide distribution plan soon and in accordance with IFDA plan and communicate with sales team in NNPARS.
● Collaboration with Sales, RA, QA, logistics, and WH in all supply chain maps to make the product available in sooner time in the market.
● In case any sales campaign performs, coordination with distributors branches, RSM, and DSM's align with campaign conditions.
● Dealing with new/current customers and responsible for DD and contract process.
● Ensure to manage and perform as the main contact with HQ of distributors in terms of supply product for them by considering their distribution performance, on-time collection, and alignment with NNPARS requirements.
